For reservations from Jan 3rd thru Oct 18th:Should you have to cancel within the no refund timeframe and did not purchase travel insurance you will receive a credit for 11 months to rebook and complete your stay in the same unit(s). Rates could vary at the time of your re-booking, and you would have to pay the difference, if any.
For reservations from Oct 19th thru Jan 2nd:Should you have to cancel within the no refund timeframe there is no rebooking option.
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm.Check-Out Time is 11:00 am.
No additional guest (if not paid for), no exceptions.
No Smoking in Unit.
No Pets.
Please note that quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Sunset Beach is a quiet family resort. Please keep other resort guests in mind with noise levels.
