Sunset Beach Resort is a beachfront condo resort located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. There are a total of 13 units - 11 of these are rentals. We have a Casita, 2 One Bedrooms, 2 Two Bedrooms each with lofts with extra beds, and 6 Three Bedrooms. Get more condo details with rates here.

All guests have access to 200 feet of sandy beach, a pier with palapa, pool with swim up social area, complimentary use of kayaks (both single and double), complimentary use of bicycles, free WIFI, beach hammocks, nice beach hardwood furniture with cushions, and more. Whether you choose to take advantage of the bicycles or rent a golf cart (ask me for details), you are just minutes from shops, galleries, beach bars, and restaurants. I will also be sure and pass along contact information for a great local taxi driver.
The neighborhood is a nice and quiet area. There is a small corner market that is easy to walk to, as well as several restaurants and bars close by.
Once you book, I will contact you with all the details that you will need. I can also assist you with your local flights to the island, a golf cart rental, and any excursions you may be interested in. My documents will include the many tips and suggestions for San Pedro with restaurants, beach bars, where to grocery shop, get coffee, etc. I will provide a detailed itinerary before your arrival and list the important phone numbers you many need. I am also available at any time via a phone call, text, or e-mail. There is also an on-site concierge that will be great with assisting you with all your needs once you arrive.

Perfect family get awayOur condo was everything that was advertised and more. The staff were warm and inviting. Alvin, the concierge, was Johnny on the spot, both of the groundskeepers were always working so the property looked immaculate. We wanted for nothing in the condo, and really put the blender to use with all the fresh fruit available. Christine was amazing and set us up with warm, wonderful people for all our adventures. We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Beach! The condo was perfect! Everything we needed was there in the condo, even bug spray and sunscreen! We loved the huge deck and made use of the hammock many times. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The concierge did a great job setting up snorkeling trip for us. The golf cart rental went off without a hitch. And we spent a lot of time just jumping off the dock and floating in the ocean. The ocean water was actually warmer than the pool water! We loved the view from the deck and saw some beautiful sunsets. Thanks for a great stay!
